Refund policy
Refund, Returns or Cancellation
Most of our products are made to order. When we receive your order, you have 24 hours to cancel your order and a full refund can be made, after the 24 hour window we use the funds to purchase the materials used to make our products. This is why we are unable to give a refund.
It is up to the customer to order in advance. We cannot offer any refunds due to missed deadlines by the customer.
If your product has been damaged through courier, or the incorrect products are sent, please send us images of said products and if applicable we will replace it when possible.
Other items which are not made to order, and are sourced from other companies / manufacturers can be refunded or replaced after the products are shipped back to us at the buyers expense.
Know your rights: Please refer to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
